Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Overview platform ("Service") operated by Honeycomb Robotics Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

2. Description of Service

Overview is a precision agriculture platform that provides satellite imagery analysis, vegetation index monitoring (NDVI, MSAVI, NDRE), growth stage tracking, stress detection, and actionable field insights. The Service is available at overview.sentillianalytics.com and through associated applications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and field limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe.
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these terms.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or any data obtained through it without authorization
  • Upload malicious code or content that could harm the Service or other users

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, analytics models, branding, and documentation, is the property of Honeycomb Robotics Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

6.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service, including field boundaries, crop information, and related agricultural data. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6.3 Aggregated Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your use of the Service for research, analytics, and service improvement purposes. This data will not identify you or your specific fields.

7. Satellite Imagery and Data

  • Satellite imagery is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to availability, weather conditions, and satellite schedules.
  • We do not guarantee the frequency, timeliness, or quality of satellite imagery.
  • Vegetation indices, growth stage assessments, and other analytics are provided as decision-support tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for agricultural decisions.
  • We are not responsible for crop losses, damage, or other consequences arising from decisions made based on the Service.

8. Organizations and Teams

The Service supports multi-user organizations. Organization administrators are responsible for managing member access and permissions. By inviting users to your organization, you acknowledge that invited members may access shared field data and analytics within the organization.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any analytics, assessments, or recommendations provided through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HONEYCOMB ROBOTICS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, CROP YIELD, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honeycomb Robotics Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period following termination.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
